Japanese philanthropist Yohei Sasakawa is holding the hand of a blind man on a stage during a show marking International Day For Disabled People at the National Hall of Culture in Vientiane, Laos. Participants from 5 countries including Cambodia, Laos, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam took part in this benefit sponsored in part by The Nippon Foundation of Japan, of which Mr. Sasakawa is president. The performance was in conjunction with the commemoration of International Day For Disabled Arts, a UK headquartered NGO, provided some of the dancers featuring Cambodia's first professional handicapped dance troupe.
