Airman 1st Class Aaron Travers, 728th Air Mobility Squadron aircraft services journeyman, observes as a C-17 Globemaster III is serviced at Morón Air Base, Spain, April 5, 2022. Airmen from the 728th AMS were deployed from Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, to Morón AB to augment aerial port capabilities in support of the first Air Mobility Command KC-46 Pegasus Employment Concept Exercise (ECE) and real world operations. While this is not the first time the KC-46 has operated under the scope of the 521st AMOW, the ECE is designed to enhance operational fielding and sustainment of the KC-46.
