Councilmember Ted Bui, City of Fountain Valley, presents Dr. Sam Nguyen, founder of Foundation, with a certificate of recognition at the 'Paint a Heart' Art Exhibition presented by the (Stable Anchor Manor) Foundation at Asian World Media in Westminster, California. The art exhibit included pieces from 26 local Vietnamese artists with a portion of the sales proceeds benefiting the foundation's work to support homeless, runaway, orphans, and at-risk youth.
