Richard Myers, and USO President and CEO Sloan Gibson present the USO Sailor of the Year Award to Explosive Ordnance Disposal 1st Class Andrew C. Munden at the 2013 USO Gala in Washington, The gala also honored a service member from each branch of the military as well as the USO Volunteer of the Year and the Spirit of the USO Award recipient.
