Matthews and Ivlinsr manufacture thousandsof brooms yearly, which they ship to the northernpart of the state. Mr. Knute Olson supplies this sec-tion with harnesses, and has sent several shipments toNorway. In addition, we may say that this villageoffers many inducements to manufacturers. There isyet a large amount of water power not utilized; thelocation is good; labor cheap, and opportunities fortransportation excellent.
