Order of the Iron Crown of Italy (Ordre de la Couronne de Fer d'Italie), 1805 - 1814 Breast star of the dignitaries, silver, gold and enamel, presumably from Restoration times. Order rays smooth and scaled, tips with loops for fastening, enamel centre with order motto, gold appliqués, Napoleon's head incorrectly turned to the right, reverse side smooth. Diameter 90 mm. There are two similar breast stars in the Museo del Tricolore in Reggio Emilia, another one from the Spada collection with the same medallion, also pictured in the "Agenda Beretta , Additional-Rights-Clearance-Info-Not-Available
