They were not banded to-gether, however, in any league and little chance was had ofdetermining any championship in consequence. The State StreetBowman team proved one of the best if not the real leader. This spring Mr. C J. Camp, who is both secretary andtreasurer of the local, got the men together and formed theleague with the result that thirteen teams joined. These teamscome from all sides of the city, playing their games on Tuesdaysand Fridays. Players to be eligible must be a member in good standing inthe Union and must belong to the barn from which the team isorganized on which they play. In cases where there are lessthan twenty wagons in one barn, that team is allowed to secureplayers from other barns where not more than twelve wagonsare running from. The players are all unifor
