BAGHADAD, Iraq – Hala Kadhem, now a corporal in the Army, translates for Kimberly Riffe, senior police advisor, during a meeting with a group of Iraqi female police graduates at the Iraqi Police Academy in Baghdad, Iraq. Kadhem enlisted in the Army in April of 2015 as a unit supply specialist and is currently assigned to the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.
