Michael Guthrie, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron maintenance mechanic, fabricates fence brackets for the base perimeter wall near base housing Jan. 15 at Altus Air Force Base, Okla. Members of the 97th Civil Engineer Squadron and the 97th Security Forces Squadron teamed up to improve base security by installing additional force protection measures along 3,200 feet of the base’s perimeter fence.
