TEXARKANA, Texas (Feb. 26, 2019) Musician 1st Class Brittany Foster, from Cincinnati, Ohio, solos with the Navy Concert Band during a performance at the Sullivan Performing Arts Center in Texarkana, Texas. The Navy Band performed in 10 states during its 23-city, 5,000-mile tour, connecting communities across the nation to their Navy.
