Courtney Diekema, 11th Air Force commander aide-de-camp, rides on the ramp of a C-17 Globemaster III while flying above the Hawaiian Islands Oct. 24, 2022. As part of the 15th Wing immersion tour, Nahom was taken on a two-hour familiarization flight where the aircrew provided an overview of the squadron’s mission and demonstrated the capabilities of the cargo aircraft.
