Whistling a winner in Missouri. Brock Jenkins, age 14 of Pittsburg, Missouri, and Tim Haller, park ranger at Big Muddy National Wildlife Refuge, display Brock's first place artwork of a black bellied whistling duck after the Missouri Junior Duck Stamp Contest. Brock won first place in his age group 7th through 9th grade and was runner up for Best of Show.
