El Sod lake

the 100m deep crater bottom where black salt is extracted from the bottom of the dark acidic lake. Farmers use the salt to feed their cattle. It helps sweeten the meat and milk. The lake has been mined for centuries with donkeys bringing the sacks of black mud up to the salt is also extracted from the edges.
