Tech. Sgt. Lucas Hagopian, Weapons Load Crew Chief from the 104th Fighter Wing, arms an F-15 Eagle with an Aim 9X missile during the unit's evaluation at the Air Force's Weapons Systems Evaluation Program (WSEP). As a part of the WSEP exercise, the aircraft are loaded and shoot live missiles. The purpose of WSEP to gauge operational effectiveness, to verify weapons system performance, determine reliability, and evaluate capability.
