Here the cemetery florists did the bulk of the business, as usual. In the city itself there was no noticeable increase in business, the great parades apparently absorbing all the interest in the day. The wholesale cut flower market felt the effect of this diversion and the volume of business hardly exceeded that of an ordinary Saturday, After a dull week a good Saturday was expected and realized.
