Sgt. Leidle, a Soldier with B/3-116th Field Artillery Battalion, tackles the rope traverse as part of the obstacle course event in the annual 164th Air Defense Artillery Brigade Best Warrior Competition. The obstacle course was one of a series of 12 events in this year's competition. The competition aims to identify and honor the Army's top soldiers who demonstrate excellence in their military duties and embody the Army values. As the winning Non-commissioned Officer (NCO), Leidle will represent the brigade at the Florida Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition later this year.
