Celebration of Tanabata Festival at Zojoji Temple. Tokyo Tower can be seen on the background. People generally celebrate this day by writing wishes on small pieces of colored paper called "tanzaku" and hanging them on bamboo. The Zojoji Temple is the Main Temple of Jodo shu (Pure Land Sect) of Buddhism.
