Heads larger and firmer and weigh heavier than any other Cauliflower. Yields ten to twelve tons of solid cauliflower to the acre. In offering Danish Market to our customers we are placing a strain of Cauliflower that is unsurpassed for late fall work. The heads are larger than the extra early sorts, pure 'white in color and perfectly solid, with no trace of leanness so common in poor strains of Cauliflower.
