PENSACOLA, Fla. (April 3, 2017) – Capt. Mark Goto, commanding officer, Navy Medicine Operational Training Center (NMOTC), left, and Lt. Cmdr. Forsyth present a Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM) proclamation, promising the command will work as a team to help stamp out sexual assault. SAAPM is practiced each April Navy-wide. The theme for 2017 was “protecting our mission protects our people.”
