Hold That Blast! Man Working!. When it's not foggy, a man can do this. For the super-oboe, pointing toward the sky, is little old loud-mouth himself. As part of the necessary equipment of a Coast Guard light ship, this horn stands not on the manner of its roaring, it just roars. When the fog shuts down and the lights are doused by mists, the great lungs of the light ship take up the job of warning sea-going craft of dangerous shoals. Here we see the air horn of the light ship "Boston Light", No. 84, stationed off the Massachusetts coast, not far from the famous lighthouse of the same name.
