The interior, revealed by the fall front, isdivided into three compartments with hinged doors richly carvedwith arches and caryatid figures, and five drawers with panelfronts and swinging bronze ring handles. The cabinet standson a molded base. The hasp and lock are wrought iron andthe carved decoration is relieved by gilding.
