A glamorous continental bar in London's exquisitely refurbished Great Northern Hotel 
Opening directly onto the Western Concourse of London's King's Cross Station, metres from the London Eurostar Terminus at St Pancras International. Mark Sargeant has arrived at Plum + Spilt Milk, creating a menu based on beautiful British ingredients cooked simply yet creatively. The menu also features a number of luxury takes on classic dishes. Plum + Spilt Milk keeps service turning from dawn through to midnight. Floor-to-ceiling windows and hand-blown glass light bulbs warm a restaurant and dining room in a class all of its own.
