Orientation Committee, under the direc-tion of a central planning committee headedby Prue Richardson, acquainted new studentswith the social and academic programs ofUniversity High. Through previous orien-tation programs and a system of student spon-sors, the committee served to dispel thefrightening and confusing notes that usuallyaccompany a student into his first days in anew Robin Burkhead and Susie Spalding help Saul Wax and JohnBeberman select books.
