Tammy Fugere, the Army Nurse Corps Birthday Committee’s officer in charge at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, presents a gift to Constance Moore, a retired Army colonel and current Army Nurse Corps Association historian, during the Army Nurse Corps 115th Anniversary celebration at WBAMC, Feb. 2. Moore served as the WBAMC education chief before retiring in 2008.
