A worker at Chieu Hoi III's "noodle factory" pouring liquid from mashed rice into a sack for it to harden. The resulting cylindrical block is later strained into noodles. The factory, built with materials contributed by Supply Battalion's Civil Affairs Office, could produce 25 gallons of noodles on a good day.
