The Black Rock Lock gates, Buffalo, NY, Feb. 11, 2019. The Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District Black Rock Lock employees, the Buffalo District Dive Team, and Huntington District continue work on the Black Rock Lock anchorage repairs, including cleaning out the miter ends and channels for replacement, cleaning out the quion and channels for replacement, and removing deteriorated steel for new steel plate.
