Box full of farmed fish, european sea bass (scientific name: Dicentrarchus labrax). The fish are ready to be delivered for sale and they are produced in the organic fishing farm "Cannes Aquaculture" of Cannes, Mediterranean coast of France, Europe. The farm provides the production of three species of fish: the gilt-head bream (Sparus aurata, the original fish), The European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) and the salmon-basse (Argyrosomus regius). Today this is more than 800 tones of fish that leave the company to be sold throughout Europe and more than 60 employees are involved in the fish production with an extraordinary quality
