Volunteers helped place 2,300 wreaths on the graves of fallen service members as a part of the Wreaths Across America event at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery at Black Mountain, , Dec. 17, 2016. This is the seventh year that wreaths have been laid in the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery for the Christmas Holiday.
