Palais du Cos-tume—The PalaisP-^RiS- du Costume, illus- trating in a seriesof striking tableaux, thirty-two in number, the history ofdress throughout the ages, was one of the features of theParis Universal Exposition in 1900, and achieved a pro-nounced success. This marvelous display was the creation of M. Felix, thegreat Paris dressmaker, assisted by noted scholars and artists,amongst others M. Albert Felix, the famous Egyptologist, andM.
