Flax on the rotation is a very poor stand and owing tothe fact that it had to be reseeded it looks doubtful now if there willbe any harvest. Increase flax seeded early on corn land, with a dif-ferent drill from that used on the rotations is fairly good. There islittle prospect at present for even the flax crop that was promisinglast season. A meeting of the Farm Bureau Presidents of the northern counties. - 6 - Havre, contd: together with representatives from the extension service of the StateCollege and the State Commissioners of Agriculture together with thecounty agents from this part of the state met in Havre on the 2d forthe purpose of starting some form of relief work for the farmersof this part of the state.
