PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Jan. 9, 2020) Clarice Lorenzini, Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP) recreation therapist, alongside her patients, collect trash along the shoreline behind the base gym. Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) SARP program took time out of their day cleaning parts of the shoreline and base perimeter collecting tons of trash and debris.
