A special steam train with vintage carriages passes Chalfont and Latimer Station during the Met150 celebrations in 2013
During 2013 the Metropolitan line of the London Underground celebrated 150 years since the first ever London Underground railway operated between Paddington and Farringdon. Modern underground trains were embellished with special liveries, and a number of special trains were run on the line between Harrow on the Hill and Amersham using vintage locomotives and carriages.
