Col. Dahlen and Command Sgt. Maj. Jose Ramos-Ocasio of the 191st Regional Support Group (RSG) case their unit colors during the Transfer of Authority Ceremony. The Transfer of Authority Ceremony took place on 1 July 2022 at the Powidz Airfield. The 120th RSG accepted the transfer of authority from the 191st RSG of the Puerto Rico National Guard. The 120th RSG will be conducting Base Operation Support at multiple sites across Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia in support of Atlantic Resolve.
