Zartmann,the efficient Conference Secretary. OnSeptember 1, 1908, the one-hundredthanniversary of THE HERALD OF GOS-PEL LIBERTY, Rev. Dr. Smith extend-ed the hand of fellowship to Rev. , and received him to licen-tiate membership in the Miami OhioChristian Conference. In February fol-lowing, Mr. Zartmann became pastorof the Walnut Hills Christian church,celebrating his ten years service fromJanuary 29 to February 2, 1919. OnDecember 3, 1911, Rev.
