Airmen built a playground outside Unidad Clinica De Salud (UCSFI), El Salvador. The see-saw and merry-go-round was built with left over materials from the new clinic erected by the 201st Red Horse, Pennsylvania and West Virginia Air National Guard during Beyond the Horizon 2018.
