New cadets entering the rig of the Danish training ship MS Danmark in the port of Copenhagen prior to their training cruise.


New, young cadets seems to enjoy and be thrilled by entering the heights of the rig on the training ship Danmark before the upcoming training cruise starting from Copenhagen August 9th 2010. The full square-rigged sailing ship of 777 tons was built in 1933. Upon completion of a basic course in seamanship ashore the up to 80 cadets will continue their education on a 9 months' training cruise. Most often one of the greatest experiences in life.
