Nos. 48 and 49, to those of the censers found in German tombs, of whichthere are many in the Markisches Museum in Berlin, and some, foundin the graveyard of Zaborowo, in the collection of Professor lower part of No. 50 is a similar foot, on which I have glued thefragment of another object of cylindrical form which does not belongto it. This latter object is of terra-cotta and of unknown use ; the top ofit is also restored : and it has a striking resemblance to two objects ofterra-cotta found at Pilin in Feet of vessels like Nos. 48and 49, but without holes, are very frequent. No. 51 represents a very prettylustrous hand-made red goblet with onehandle; it was in fragments, but I havebeen able to put it together. Fragmentsof another such goblet, which I have.
