SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (Dec. 2, 2022) Naval Air Crewman 3rd Class Britten West, assigned to the "Chargers" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 26, acts as a plane captain during a humanitarian aid and disaster relief training exercise as part of Continuing Promise. Continuing Promise 2022 is a humanitarian assistance and goodwill mission conducting direct medical care, expeditionary veterinary care, and subject matter expert exchanges with five partner nations in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
