Pilots and crew members of both the 3-501st Assault Helicopter Battalion and 2-501st General Support Aviation Battalion, Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Armored Division, conduct shallow water helicopter egress training. It training is meant to test their ability to overcome worst-case scenarios by building confidence in self and equipment.
