Officer of The Ceremonial Association of Surrey Police in dress uniform with sash and banner
The Ceremonial Association of Surrey Police (CASPER) was formed in early 2006 by Police Constable 1498 Tony Everson-Darragh, as a direct result of ceremonial activities carried out by members of the Walking Association of Surrey Police (WASP). In November that year CASPER participated in an Armistice Day event at the Menin Gate which was first time in 20 years that a British Police contingent actively participated and paraded there. CASPER has since regularly participated in such events. Here in 2016 CASPER is represented at the ABMC Memorial Day Service at Brookwood UK
