Cadet Jean-Philippe Rossy, a Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) cadet from the University of North Georgia, conducts a rappel at the Lightning Academy at Schofield Barracks East Range, Hawaii, on July 6, 2017. Rossy is part of this year’s 25th Infantry Division Cadet Troop Leadership Training (CTLT) and is currently assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th ID, during the duration of his stay in Hawaii.
