Joseph Aucoin, commander 7th Fleet speaks to members of the press about the guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) which was involved in a collision with a merchant vessel. Fitzgerald suffered severe damage but returned to Fleet Activities Yokosuka under its own power. The incident is under investigation.
