Prinzessinnengarten, an ecologically friendly green garden using recycled and reclaimed materials sells fresh produce

An urban agriculture centre thrives near a busy traffic circle. The founders of the garden leased an area of concreted land at Moritzplatz and vegetables are grown in old crates, seedboxes, bags and tetrapacks. The vegetables are used at the cafe where they may be eaten as delicious salads and vegetarian dishes.
