18-cm Palliser Shell, Royal Laboratory, 1869 grenade (ammunition) Pointed 18 cm grenade, red painted. The grenade is cm long and has a caliber of 175 mm. The grenade has two rings of cams for a drawn run with three pulling fields and in the bottom a bus of a softer metal is cast with a filling hole.
