SAN DIEGO (Feb. 24, 2017) Rear Adm. Carl Chebi speaks at the change of command for Program Executive Offices’ (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) and Space Systems after assuming command from Rear Adm. Christian “Boris” Becker (seated on left). Chebi talked about continuing the vision for PEO C4I and PEO Space Systems and looking forward to getting to know the workforce. Becker is moving on to command Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command.
