A stained glass window by Clayton & Bell 1858 depicting Works of Mercy (clothe the naked), Holy Trinity Church, Blatherwycke , Northamptonshire


The window in the east wall of the north Chapel at Holy Trinity, Blatherwycke was made by the firm of Clayton and Bell in 1858. It consists of three lights which were designed by J R Clayton. The window depicts Seven Acts of Corporal Mercy set in window is dedicated to the memory of Augustus Stafford O’Brien Stafford (d. November 15th 1857). Holy Trinity Church is redundant and is now in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust.
