GURAH, NORTH OF ELWAK, EASTERN KENYA, 1st SEPTEMBER 2009: Sheperdess Harida, 15, looks after the several family's goats. Her own family's herd has shrunk from 120 to 10 goats due to the drought. She injured her eye in a fight over water by the tanker during the last delivery. She is scared she might loose her eye because she has no access to medical treatment.
