Army Master Sgt. James Geter, 335th Signal Command (Theater) (Provisional), marches toward the finish line during the Presidents Day 10K Ruck Sack March at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Feb. 18, 2019. Geter finished the ruck march in 1:36:36. The event is in line with the Army's modernization strategy to make Soldiers and units more lethal to win our nation's wars, them come home safely.
