Pages from Russian medieval manuscript
This is a photo of a copy of second oldest Russian book "Svyatoslav Miscellany" (or "Izbornik Svyatoslava"). The book was re-written for Russian prince Svyatoslav by prince's scribe Grigory in 1073. Original of the book was written in 9th century for Bulgarian tsar Simeon I and contained mainly retrievals from the Church Fathers.
