Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland, England, UK. 29th July 2023 The King’s Own Scottish Borderers Association celebrates annually one of their most famous battle honours on the closest Saturday to the 1st August, with a parade, presentation of roses in the Barracks and a march past through the town. It commemorates the participation of their forerunners (25th Regiment of Foot) as one of the regiments that took part in the Battle of Minden during the Seven Years' War on that date in 1759.
